Hey Texas FBLA!

My name is Ridhi Rentala, and I am so honored to serve as your Area 5 State Vice President for the 2026-2027 school year! I'm currently a junior at Tompkins High School in Katy, TX, and FBLA has been the best decision I've made in high school.

I first got involved because I was curious about business and leadership, and what I found was so much more. FBLA pushed me to grow in ways I didn't expect, from networking and professionalism to getting comfortable speaking in front of a room. But more than anything, it's the people. The friendships I've made at SLC, NLC, and every conference in between are some of the most meaningful ones I have!

One of my favorite things about FBLA is the workshops, and I can't wait to bring more of that energy to Area 5 this year. I'm also passionate about growing our membership, building a stronger social media presence across Area 5- marketing and content are genuinely things I love, so getting to pour that into something I care this much about feels like a gift- and making a real impact through our community service project this year.

I would not be here without my incredible Tompkins FBLA advisors and my family. I'm so grateful for every bit of support along the way. This year I aspire to lead by example and make sure every member in Area 5 gets to experience FBLA the way I have.

Outside of FBLA, you can find me listening to music, watching movies, getting good food, and spending time with my brother.
